應(yīng)用實(shí)例

圖片為成年小鼠肺組織，用6%正常山羊血清預(yù)包埋，并用抗大鼠TTF-1兔血清（1:2000稀釋）染色。通過DAB（黑色）觀察TTF-1，并用核快紅（粉紅色）復(fù)染。放大倍數(shù)10倍。
